Why is the bread that I make always crumbly? I follow all your directions and I just can't get it right. I usually do half whole wheat or whole wheat and am having trouble with it. Is it rising too long? Is it the wheat? I want to use the bread for sandwiches, but it is just far too crumbly the way it is. I would appreciate any help I can get with this! Thanks!!!
